Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need:

• Email address — when you submit the waitlist or beta-signup form. We store it to send you your beta invite and product updates.
• Signup source — which page or form you submitted from (e.g. “hero”, “waitlist-page”). Used internally to understand which parts of the site are working.
• Timestamp — when you signed up.

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any data about your farming or spray operations through this website. (The Swath app has its own, separate privacy terms.)

We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across sites or devices. No IP addresses are stored. Plausible is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. You can learn more at plausible.io.

We track one conversion event — waitlist-submit — to know how many people are signing up. No personally identifiable information is attached to this event.

This website does not use cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts that set cookies.

Your email address is used to:

• Send your beta access invite when Swath opens to your region.
• Occasionally share product updates, launch announcements, or relevant news about Swath.

We will never sell your email address. We will never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Waitlist emails are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in Canada. Access is restricted to service-role credentials; no data is publicly accessible. Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS). We retain your email until you ask us to delete it or until the service is discontinued.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Withdraw consent and have your data deleted at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
